Base Compensation Plan

This program provides an externally competitive, internally equitable compensation plan that rewards employees on the basis of observed measurable performance standards. The plan will assist in the development of a more formal comprehensive remuneration philosophy and examine how pay compares to local market competition in regards to base salary, incentives, and benefits.

Other Services
