JACK WATSON
Jack Watson is the founder of The Watson Company, and currently serves as the Senior Consultant to the firm. He has extensive experience in a wide range of human resource areas covering over 1,800 consulting engagements in the private and public sectors.
Mr. Watson is widely recognized and has developed innovative solutions to problems within the human resources industry. Previously, he served as Vice President of Clark Consulting (NYSE – “CLK”). He served in eleven key management positions with Sears Roebuck, worked with the accounting firm of Ernst and Young, and served as Senior Manager of the Southeastern Consulting Group. While employed with Ernst and Young, Mr. Watson led the organizational and personnel consulting practice. He was selected to serve on the Grace Commission to examine efficiency and effectiveness of government under the Reagan administration. He is endorsed by members of the United States Congress as well as business leaders and executives throughout the country.
He has played a critical role in the development of strategies for numerous clients, and has served as advisor to many national and multi-national organizations, including banking, financial services, high-end technology and government. He has provided exclusive contract consulting services to the U. S. Banking Alliance, the Voluntary Hospital Association (VHA), and America’s Community Banking Association (ACB).
Mr. Watson has been a member and officer of numerous civic and community organizations, and has been a frequent speaker at seminars and meetings. He has written and published numerous articles on productivity improvement, compensation, executive stress, motivation and performance management, and employee opinion surveys. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Management Association, the National Kidney Foundation, the American Cancer Society and the Roswell United Methodist Church Administrative Board. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Kelly Arts Foundation, and has been a member of the National Chamber of Commerce, and the Society of Human Resources Management. He was inducted into “Who’s Who in America” for his contributions to his profession and to society.
HENRY KELLEY
Henry Kelley is a Senior Management Consultant with The Watson Company and provides client liaison and project management skills and services to the firm and performance management services to our diversified client base.
Previously, Mr. Kelley served in a variety of management roles and functions with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, the John Harland Company and Walt Disney World. He is widely recognized for his organizational skills and for developing more efficient and effective performance based compensation and reward systems. He possesses a high level of expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, organizational analysis and managing data base systems.
He has managed operations with over 300 employees with operating budgets exceeding $13 million. He further developed balanced scorecard systems for performance improvement programs, wrote strategic plans, and developed strategic partnerships. Mr. Kelley served in the U.S. military during Operation Desert Storm and received the Bronze Star. He has a B.A. and an M.B.A and completed additional studies in data base design models, activity based cost accounting, market research, and financial securities analysis.
JEAN SAJOVIC
Jean Sajovic is a Senior Management Consultant with The Watson Company and is responsible for overseeing client relationships, product development, project management, information technology, and implementation of performance based compensation and reward systems.
Previously she was a Senior Consultant and project manager with IBM Global Services retail delivery practice. She worked for Wyndham Vacation Resorts, the Bradford Exchange and Sunglass Hut International in various Senior IT Management positions.
Ms. Sajovic has over twenty years of experience in information technology and consulting including software automation and application development. She is a Certified Project Manager and proficient in PMLC best practices and SDLC methods, data base marketing and sales force automation systems. Her broad industry experience in hospitality, retail, direct mail, along with specific expertise in training, consulting, and analysis and solution development provides our clients with innovative and creative approaches to individual client situations.
Ms. Sajovic holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the computer sciences and has a professional certification as a certified project manager (CPM).
